I’m Priyanka Vijay, a 20-year-old professional race car driver. 

My love for speed and cars began at a very young age. I watched my grandad, a mechanical engineer, fiddle around with cars, which was an amusing sight for tiny me. My dad, who is also a motorsport enthusiast, would take me out to track days with him. I started Karting at the age of 15 and eventually moved up to formula cars at the age of 16. The race track isn’t just where I race; it’s where I breathe, where I exist, and where my soul finds its rhythm with every gear shift and turn, existing in harmony.
